(Salt Codfish Cakes)
Serves about 24 Bacalaitos.
Puerto Rican Style.
1/2 lb salt codfish
2 cups all purpose flour
1 garlic clove crushed ( not necessary )
1 cup water
1 tb regular fry oil
vegetable oil for frying
